Today Hazen got 1/2 of his 1 year shots. Jason was home, and as he hasn't been there for almost all of the shots Hazen's received yet, I decided to give him the pleasure of being there. Grandma gave him the shots, I took the pictures while he screamed, and Jason held him down. Talk about dream team. When we went home, we bought him a cookie. I'm not sure if it really helped. You be the judge.

AWWWW. Shots are so traumatic for kids. :( Hazen looked like he enjoyed the cookie thought! A LOT more fun then getting shots.

AHH. It gets harder as they get older I think. We get ours next week...not excited.

Poor baby. He looks so pathetic, and I must be a really bad person for thinking it's so hilarious.
I would have taken Hal to get his shots. It would have only cost you an additional cookie and a look from your Mom wondering why did you bring this older guy? Now I have two patients to watch out for.

You really need to watch the language in this blog. EVERYONE knows we don't use garbage words like "S-U-P-D". I will personally take it upon myself to teach that cute little garbage mouth grammy a lesson or two!
yes, shots suck! I have a 9 month old and I still haven't gotten hers all done because I space them out so much. I'm in the office every other week. Anyway, got your message about the necklace and I made it! I'm so glad you like it. "just something I threw together" ha ha. Do you want me to make you one? I never did get you a baby present!

hate hate hate shots. And they just get worse as they get older, huh? There seems to be more comprehension in the "how can you let them hurt me, mom" look that they give you!
